CVM's On-Site Proactive Services CVM has developed a unique IT outsourcing model in order to provide customers with proactive IT services. This model can provide assistance to organizations that manage internal IT departments as well as provide an outsourced IT department to companies without internal IT staff.
A typical IT outsourcing customer comes to CVM for an immediate need such as an Exchange Server upgrade, enhanced storage, or connectivity to a remote site. Once this customer recognizes the expertise and value of CVM's services they typically ask if CVM can take on additional long term responsibilities. CVM then evaluates the long term need and develops a program to support the IT infrastructure for this customer.
All of CVM's outsourcing programs allow for emergency assistance. In fact, CVM has no equal in regards to customer service. When customer's have needs we treat them as we would want to be treated if the roles were reversed!
